This policy explains what Perilune Audio ("we") collects when you use periluneaudio.com or our plugins, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Email signups. If you join a launch list, we store your email address, the date, and the country your request came from.
- Orders. When you buy, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email address, name, the product, the amount and your country. We never see or store your card number.
- License activations. When a plugin checks its license, it sends the license key and the product name.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, send the emails you asked for, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding), and our email delivery provider. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Launch-list emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records for as long as tax law requires, typically seven years.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@periluneaudio.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
